Receipt says $7.47, dishonest cashier requested, $7.87 from me in cash. That was $0.40 cents stolen from me. Their cashier is pocketing money behind the register. Waiting to hear back from corporate office. Manager on duty was called, she started covering for her. Probably in on the scam. I don't even have a job right now and this girl is stealing from me. 7-11-2020 6:56 PM. *Update* Cook Out corporate office said they will mail me out 1 free cook out tray voucher.

The lines usually move fast but tonight I waited 30 mins in line and left

What a peculiar but tasty little place this is!? My colleagues and I all thought our food was tasty--and cheap. My only issue was that it was raining and their walk-up order window had no covering. Meant to get pictures but we ate too fast!!

slowest drive-thru service I've ever seen if you have people ordering multiple orders y'all should have a spot they could pull off as to not block the rest of the people trying to get lunch and go back to work.

Customer service is great! My only problem is the liquid cheese(no taste) for my chili cheese dogs. The company has to do better. That gives you bubble guts. But other food I ordered was good!

Very fast service and great food!!!

I'm not sure if the 'police on staff' was comforting or foretelling; kind of like human resource officers at schools... Nonetheless, it was 2am, the lines were backed up onto the roads & a lot of 'solicitors'. I wasn't even hungry. However, 2 days later, I happily sit at home enjoying my watermelon milkshake grateful that I went & grateful the police kept me safe (in body anyways, my ears not so much).

It was good. But the portions wore a little bit small

First time going to one that wasn't in Rocky Mount, NC. Had a pleasant experience. Can't remember what we ordered but I remember it was good. There was a gentleman that was begging. I gave my granddaughter $10 and told her to order him whatever he wanted. He refused because he only wanted cash. One of the patrons stated that he's looking for money for drugs. I had already deducted that.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO MY ORDER IS WRONG. Receipt says the right thing but the food in my tray doesn’t match. As someone who has worked in the food industry before i understand mistakes happen, no biggie but every single time?? Come on! Cookout needs to fire everyone and start over fresh.

The Banana Nut shake is so good it is good for Breakfast, Lunch, Supper and in between snacks.

This is one of my go-to spots. I love the grilled chicken breast sandwich. I’m always on the go so I don’t have a lot of time to wait for food. I know when I come here I will get a quick meal that taste great. The only thing is certain times the lines can be long but they move steady so it’s ok. Food is always hot and good to go!

This location is fast and usually get your orders correct and hot

Cookout was great. The service was quick, the staff professional and friendly, and the food was hot. I enjoyed my time. The restaurant stayed busy consistently throughout my time there. I ordered at the walk up menu outside and ate my food in the car. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Best place for junk food.

My wrap was nice and hot but the main reason I was there (chicken nuggets) were hard and cold. I was very disappointed.

Great value for your money and food is delicious...love the variety. Customer service leaves a little to desire but could be a lot worse.

I normally have no problems with this cookout. But today was the day. I always order the same thing. A peach, pineapple and strawberry milkshake. I asked if they do it in large (they normally do) and I was rudely told no. I get my milkshake, and my milkshake was mostly chunks of fruit. If I wanted a fruit bowl, I would have went to food lion. I probably wont visit this location again. I've worked in food. I know it can be busy but really? Put some effort in

Food was great. I use to live in nc and cookout is amazing but I look forward to a huge half sweet tea and lemonade. But instead I got unsweet tea. HUGE disappointment

Truly southern comfort. They have the best shakes. The hush puppies are such a good deal. You get so many for $1.

What can I say? The food is cheap, the quality is excellent, and we are served fast. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake is the best. Thenplace whole slices of cheesecake within every cup.

I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes all because the vehicle in front of me at the window had a "blue lives matter" sticker on there back glass. They finally drove off after getting there money back but still had no food. When I get to the window and pay they give me a melted milk shake and everything in the 2 cookout trays are wrong. This place needs serious help! Starting with a whole new staff! I wont be back there.

Easily my favorite place for fast food!

Outstanding! Try the 'Huge Cheeseburger' with grilled onions, and don't pass up the fries!! Try the BBQ sauce too! The best burger hands down!

Cookout is a staple of southern fast-food. The cookout tray is one of the best price to food ratios out there. The milkshake list is extensive, don't be afraid to explore around. My personal favorite is the blueberry cheesecake shake.

Got the spicy chicken tray. The chicken was burnt. Call to get it replaced. They gave me another one the same way. I just moved to Greenville and I will not be going back to this Cookout location. So disappointed 😞 😔

If you are into burgers, this is the first place you should go. You can't eat in but you can eat better. Never got bad service or bad food. The food is always hot, plenty and delicious, no matter what time you go. And yes, they are open late. Later than the rest. So there's no need to go to bed hungry. I enjoyed, be and I'm sure you will too.

They have the best burgers in my opinion and their milkshakes are out of this world
